First evening – Welcome Party

It’s Goa, a beach side party in the resort, India’s Holiday/Party Destination Go Crazy – Dress Casual & be as funky as you want…

Second Evening – Cabaret Night

  • Dress as you please, carry your costumes if u have any…
  • At Dharwad, Before the Cabaret Night During tea time we will have to be in Formal Wear (Tuxedo/Suit) for the Mayors Meet, followed by group photo & then few will proceed for the IRO Meet.

Third Evening – Farewell Party

  • At Hampi - Pure Party wear

Ladies/Women do dress as you please, we only have these pointers for the Tablers & 41ers…

General but important Guidelines:

  • Travel Light
  • The temperature will never be below 28 Degrees Celsius
  • As it is summer, you will not need your winter or cold weather clothing
  • Just plain shorts & t shirts will do
  • Pls do carry a Cap/Hat to avoid direct exposure to warm sunlight
  • Sunglasses are a must
  • Keep yourself well Hydrated (Drink lots of water)
  • Even Gargle with bottled water
  • Don’t forget to carry your own Toilet Paper (we mostly use water jet spray here)
    • When you are out on site seeing or travelling
    • We will provide that too during the Numbers Meeting
  • Travel Light (for easier packing & unpacking) also because
  • We are spending just 1 night in one place during the numbers meeting
    • 1st night at Goa
    • 2nd at Dharwad
    • 3rd at Hampi
  • Since we all will be travelling by private coach, you could make up for the sleep during the comfortable bus travel.
