Pre Meet Tour (Leg I)

• 5 Nights & 6 days Before the World60 Meet at Dharwad
• North India (Site seeing & visiting) – Golden Triangle Tour by a reputed & professional travel agency THOMAS COOK.
• Delhi, Agra, Jaipur
• Departure from Delhi to Goa
• All will be picked up at Goa International Airport
  • (A few of us too will be there)

Post Meet Tour (Leg II)

• 5 Nights and 6 Days After the World60 Numbers Meet which ends at Hampi
• Will start after the World60 Meet
• South India (Site seeing & visiting)
• Bangalore, Mysore, Chickkamaglur, Mangalore

  21^st Thursday @ Goa

  Pickup at Goa International Airport (whole day)

  Meet & Greet every one arriving

  Visit to a Goa Beach; Some Site Seeing at Goa; Lunch with all together

  Welcome Party, Stay at a local Goan Hotel

  22^nd Friday @ Dharwad

  Early Departure to Dharwad, All together, in a charter Bus (little over 3 hours drive)

  Have lunch at Respective Billeting Tablers House

  Sight seeing around Dharwad

  • Visit to 2 Renovated Govt. Schools (Donation from RT60, Waterland, Netherlands)

  Mayors Meet (RTI Presidents Visit) &

  • Banner & Pin Exchange with
  • International Food & Wine Tasting with

  IRO Meeting followed by

  Cabaret Night with Open & Close Meeting,

  • A small skit/dance/performance from each country
  • With local & bollywood entertainment

  23^rd Saturday @ Hampi

  Early Breakfast at a local outlet, tasting south Indian breakfast delicacies

  Early Departure to Hampi (max. 4 hrs drive)

  Lunch at a tablers hotel

  2 hour Hampi Site Seeing; (Stone Chariot with Virupaksha Temple & Queens Bath)

  Stay at Hampi

  Gala Dinner at Night followed by DJ Music

  24^th Sunday – Departure Day
